As we move into November and start to see signs of rain, it is a good idea to check your windows to see if you have any leaks or any mold.  Moisture can gather inside of the windows, either due to rain or condensation.  If you have moisture in a dark area, such as behind a curtain, you have a perfect breeding ground for mold.  I would recommend using a mixture of 2 oz of bleach and 1 quart of warm water to wash away any mold you might find.  Remember that any amount of bleach will “bleach out” the color of any fabric it touches, so be careful and wear gloves.

Other recommendations for November are:
- Replace smoke detector batteries
- Inspect AC/ Heater filter
- Inspect washing machine hoses
- Call to schedule any holiday cleaning needs you have, before you run out of time.
